Waiting Time: Time of test

Waiting time: time of test – can be regard to as a time we’re waiting what we have been perspiring for.

What is waiting on God: Waiting on God is a time of preparation and trust.

‘Have you ever found yourself in a waiting room, waiting for a doctor’s appointment, a job interview, or a response to a prayer? Waiting can be a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, especially when we’re not sure what’s going on or how long we’ll have to wait. But what if I tell you that waiting room is not just a physical place, but a spiritual one as well?

in this write-up, am going to be explaining what waiting time mean especially to the Christian body and explain more on the topic.

The scripture says in Psalm 27:14, ‘Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.’

Waiting can be one of the most challenging experiences in life. Whether we tarry for an answer to a prayer, a breakthrough in our circumstances, or a promise to be fulfilled, it’s easy to get impatient and frustrated. But the Bible reminds us that waiting is not just a passive activity, but an active process of trusting and preparing ourselves for what God has in store for us

Waiting time is the time interval for which one has to wait after placing a request for an action or service and before the action/service actually occurs. At times, waiting time depends on how important a process is. Published by MBA Skool Team in Operations and Supply Chain Terms

Waiting time: The Purpose of Waiting

It is not just about passing time, but about preparing ourselves for the next season of our lives. It’s a time for reflection, introspection, and growth. As we wait, we can ask ourselves these two (2) questions.

  1. What is God teaching me during this season?
  2. What areas of my life need to be refined and purified?

For Psalm 66:10 says. ‘For thou, o God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

WAIT – to allow time to go by, especially while staying in one place without doing very much, until someone comes, until something that you are expecting happens or until you can do something – https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/wait

Waiting time: The Benefits of Waiting

Waiting time: time of test – can be a blessing in disguise.

  1. Develop patience and perseverance
  2. Cultivate a deeper trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness
  3. Refine our character and develop a stronger faith
  4.  Learn to rely on God’s strength and provision.

There are numerous Biblical examples of waiting; the Bible is filled with examples of people who had to wait on God.

Abraham (Father of faith) waited for 25 years for the promise of a son, Joseph waited for 13 years for his dreams to be fulfilled, Our Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST waited for 30 years for the right time to begin His ministry (Luke 3:23)

Waiting time: What to do while waiting

So, what can we do while we wait?

  • Pray and seek God’s guidance,
  • Meditate on God’s Word and promises,
  • Trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness and
  • Use the time to reflect, learn. and grow (Psalm 27:14)

It may not be easy, but it’s a necessary part of our journey with God. As we wait, let’s remember that God is always working, even when we can’t see it.

Let’s trust in His goodness, sovereignty, and love and use the time of waiting to prepare ourselves for the next season of our lives.

‘Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and the Lord shall strengthen your heart. Wait I say on the Lord.’

I hope this message write-up encourages you to trust in God’s timing and plan for your life. Remember, is not just about passing time, but about preparing ourselves for the next season of our lives.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. A we wait upon, my prayer for all of us in the waiting room that the Almighty God will wipe all our tears and give us an answer of peace in JESUS NAME (AMEN).

I highly recommend WAITING FOR TIME move,

the movie song goes thou. “Waiting for time. The devil is waiting. Do not let him get you.”

Thank you and God bless us all.
